Windows 10: Can no longer sign in using PIN. Windows 10.

Hi and Help pls. PC problem here.I'd been using a PIN to log in for years but after a storm earlier yesterday and two computer shutdowns because of power outages the computer started its repair mode. I interruptedthe repair mode by rebooting the computer as nothing was wrong with it because the issue was power failure.Now the login screen, which looks different, simpler, and is missing the options below the password pin input box, only askes for my password. I changed my password online. And realized the password must be for the local account after that failed to work. I looked up the loca

I suggest you to follow the below steps to remove the sign in pin/password options.

• In the search box type sign-in-option.
• Click on the sign-in-option.
• Then you can find password/pin/picture password.
• There you can remove the option and check.

• Which build and version of Windows 10 are you using before reinstalling Windows?
• Have you tried resetting your PIN?
• Did you get any error messages after you verified the PIN you entered?
