Windows 10: Can not activate windows 11 pro 0xc004c003 0x803fa067

Dear Sir/MadamI originally bought my pc with a windows license for windows 10 pro 64-bit. Recently I had to reinstall windows as I wanted to switch back from RAID to AHCI.After installing windows and choosing I have no product key as I already had windows activated and thought it would work.I chose the option for windows 11 pro as this would be the equivalent for my windows 10 upgrade. After installation I could not Activate my windows as I keep getting error messages when i troubleshoot 0x803fa067 and 0xc004c003. Also it shows that my windows version is windows 11 pro for workstations.I have

Hi all,

I recently bought a second hand laptop from a company which was selling them in bulk. The laptop had a freshly installed windows 10 Pro. I was told that the laptop has a digital license, it has a sticker with Windows logo Pro, but no code.

However, it shows 0xc004c003 and 0x803fa067 errors in the Activation window, and an always present watermark to Activate Windows in on the screen.

I tried troubleshooting but did not help. I tried to recover a key from bios but did not help. I tried to restore laptop so even fresher windows got installed but it did not help.

The windows script host shows Win pro edition, Retail channel, 3v66T partial code, and notification reason: 0xc004f034

Could you help me and give some hints what I can do? What may be the reason of the issue? Please let me know if any other information is needed

Cant activate windows 11 pro with windows 10 pro key

My pc had windows 10 pro running with a digital license i bought 7 years ago and was activated.

Today i did a clean install of windows 11 pro and when i try to activate i get the error can't activate not a valid digital license 0xC004C003.

Can I use a windows 10 pro key to active my windows 11 pro version?

I tried using the generic product key below:
VK7JG-NPHTM-C97JM-9MPGT-3V66T

I get cant activate error 0X803FA067 (offline too)

 

why won't windows 10 pro activate?

i just purchased windows 10 pro from amazon. It is for a rig i built that has never had an OS install on it before. I installed the program from the provided USB and used the product key. I am being told that windows can not activate, and i have been provided 2 different codes. activation page lists 0xC004C003 and the trouble shooting page lists 0x803fa067.
