Windows 10: Can not activate windows 7 throws error 0x80072f8f

Hello, I was using activated windows 7, but moved to windows 10 and was using that but now the system became way too slow so had to switch to windows 7.So reinstalled it when trying to activate with product key it throws error 0x80072f8f. I have tried activating using automated tele caller but no luck it says not genuine. It was the key I was using for a very long period, also while upgrading to windows 10. I do not want to get it activated, as I am not planning to use it for heavy task but want to get rid of automatic pop ups about activate your product which is quite annoying and frustratin

I have an issue when I install window 7 pro 64 bit and try to activate the window but it have a 0x80072f8f error, then I find solutions on the internet and found this thread

but it won't fix my problem. How can I fix it ??

Whenever I try to activate my windows 7 I get error code 0x80072F8F.

As per the error resolution steps I fixed time on both windows and bios, I tried to the Recreate the Licensing Store. Still the error persists.
