Discus and support can not change my scr5een orientation back to the normal way. in Windows 10 Drivers and Hardware to solve the problem; The screen altered orientation. I cant change it back.     can not change my scr5een orientation back to the normal way.


    The screen altered orientation. I cant change it back. I am disabled, also, and can not type nor see easily. I tried to use adapter change settings and the options area would not show other options. I dont have a clue what is occurring, and I need to communicate with my doetor in an appointment. Please help_

    I would like to inform you that this issue might arise due to the change in the orientation settings in Windows 10 Operating system. We will assist you to resolve the issue.

    As an initial troubleshooting step, I suggest you to follow the below steps and check if that helps to resolve the issue.

    • In the search box on the taskbar, type Display.
    • Select Display settings from the list of results.
    • Now choose an orientation to landscape and check if that helps.

    Or you may try resizing the windows by pressing
    CTRL + ALT + Up Arrow.

    screen orientation

    Hi,

    There's an option on Windows 10 to switch between landscape and portrait orientation. We recommend following these steps on how to switch the screen orientation from portrait to landscape:

    • On Cortana search, type display settings.
    • Choose Display settings from the list.
    • Under Orientation, select on Landscape and click
      Apply.

    Hi Vincent,

    There are shortcut keys that can be used to rotate your desktop view. One of those is
    CTRL + ALT + Up arrow key. To set the desktop to its normal view, please follow the steps below:

    • Right click on your desktop and select Display
      settings.
    • Highlight the screen you want to change (if you have multiple monitors) and change
      Orientation between Landscape and Portrait.
    • To flip the screen, select Landscape (flipped) or
      Portrait (flipped).
