Windows 10: Can not delete files because there are other files in it

I tried a command but for some reason didn't work it said this. I am the admin and have tried taking control of it that didn't work. Thanks for any idea's you may have

What was posted earlier is not the solution but to give you insight of how the OS works .. So the simple answer is you can't do that selectively.

The only thing you can do is Factory Reset the phone thereby deleting all your personal data and start again.

I've tried to delete the other files in storage sense but it is not accessible and in files other folder is not available so pls help me to delete the other files .

 

Open Steam and unistall Skyrim or anything else by right-click on game's name -> Properties -> Local Files -> Remove local content (or cache, I don't recall).

 

I already had it deleted it left some files behind. That's what these are

 

Ensure Steam client is closed.
Try doing a safe boot and retry from there.
Try booting any BootCD or LiveCD and try from there.
