Windows 10: Can not do Activated Windows 11 Home Single Language. Troubleshoot 0xc0020036

Hello my windows suddenly ask to active the windows. i bought permanent license but i do not know why i got this. when i try to do troubleshoot they said "Something prevented us from communicating with our activation server. Wait a few minutes and try again. 0xc0020036"i try to wait and try to troubleshoot again and again but there is nothing change.i upload the screenshot so everyone can see it

Windows 11 Pro to Windows 11 Home Single Language

I cant activate my windows.

After troubleshooting I got the following message :

"We found a Windows 11 Home Single Language digital license for this device running Windows 11 Pro for Workstation. To activate using this digital license, ou need to install Windows 11 Home Single Language".

Please Help me Resolve this issue

 

how to downgrade windows 11 pro to windows 11 home single language?

I have installed windows 11 pro (i.e. not genuine) which is not activating as I have digital licence for windows 11 home single language edition and troubleshooter says that i will have to go back to home single language edition to activate windows. so, how can I downgrade windows 11 pro to my previous genuine windows 11 home single language edition?
