Windows 10: Can not download apps from the app store because the scheme does not have a registered handler.

Tried to click the install from any app on the app store, for example Concepts - Microsoft AppsI am using Windows 11 Home on a brand new desktop.I get the following error. Microsoft tech support said to reinstall windows and I did. Still get the same error when clicking the install button.- Windows is updated- Edge is updated- I signed into the Microsoft store.
