Windows 10: Can Not Execute File

I have downloaded a file onto my computer and it won't let me open it. I have tried many different YouTube videos and none of them seem to have the same problem I d. How do I fix this? I will provide a screenshot below. Any suggestions would be very helpful.

ATTEMPTED EXECUTE OF NOEXECUTE MEMORY Blue Screen of Death error appears when a device driver attempts to execute a program from a non-executable area of the memory. An error in the RAM (Random Access Memory) can also cause this BSOD error.

If you are using a built-in webcam, then, update the webcam driver and check if that helps.

• Press 'Windows key + X' and choose 'Device Manager'.
• Under 'Imaging devices', right-click on the webcam driver and update the driver.

I suggest you to check if you can copy or paste the same files. Follow the below steps.

• Check if you can copy and paste.
• Right click on the file select copy and paste the file in the drop box.

Or you can also use the following step:

• Select the file press Ctrl + C.
• Go to the drop box press Ctrl + V.

If it is working fine, I suggest you to run an SFC scan and check if there are any corrupted files in the system causing the issue.
