Windows 10: can not find a quality update on Installed Updates, and after update I can't use USB-C

Again, today my PC installed a new Quality Update : 2024-05 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems KB5037768 , after that I can not use my USB-C, and I can not find this new update on "Progreams and Features - Installed Updates" panel. newest installed update date shows on the panel is last monthI find this update on Settings - Windows Update - View update history - Quality Updates.I've tried to delete this update by using Command Prompt as an administrator, not work. last time update my laptop got same problem, I solved it by installed a newest windows driver,

Although the USB-C problem fixed, I'm still interested in how to uninstall this Quality Update( 2023-08 Update for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64-basedSystems KB4023057), since I can't find it on 'uninstall an update' list.

Windows Updates failed to instal

I just did step one and they have just all installed.... thank you so much.... it was quite frustrating having that update window pop up every 5 minutes and failing to instal every time
