Windows 10: Can not find key board filter on my windows 10 computer.

I tried all the varians of turning it on and I have not found it on my computer. I used Turn Windows features on or off method, configuration designer method and also command prompt method, nothing works.

Filter Keys are part of the Ease of Access features in Windows 10 that can help users control the keypress repeat rate and ignore the repeated keys. This setting can be disabled by following these steps:

• Click Start.
• Type Control Panel and press Enter.
• Click Ease of Access.
• Click Change how your keyboard works.
• Click Set up Filter Keys.
• Uncheck Turn on Filter Keys when right SHIFT is pressed for 8 seconds.
• Uncheck Turn on Filter Keys.
• Click Apply.
• Click OK.
• Restart your computer.

Thanks but I don't want to do any decrypting. I want to download a Win 10 ISO from Microsoft and install it using my Win 8 key. No other steps required. Is that possible?

 

Key board not working in Window 10

go to (control panel)-(ease of access centery)-(turn on filter keys)-(make key board easier to use)-(turn on bounce key) This work for me on windows 10 64 bit pro/good luck.
