Windows 10: "can not find script file msvcp140_2" pop up couldn't be fixed :

HiI probably downloaded a scam file that windows defender identify it as virus, then removed it.The problem is I'm getting a message constantly asking for missing file I guess as I start up the windows. I'll appear again after clicking OK. I have tried many solutions none of the worked for me, it drives me crazy that I signed up here hoping there is a way to fix it.I'm not professional, so excuse if any of the list wasn't namely correct:SFC check, CMD command, 3rd party repair tools, .js file, .vbs file, download same dll file, msconfig, edit default value and delete value after userinit, Micr

This could be due to a missing script file or that an application is causing the error. As a first troubleshooting step, we suggest that you locate or navigate to the location listed in the error and see if the file it is looking for is there. If you are
unable to locate the file, an application is causing this error to pop-up. If that is the case, we suggest that you boot your PC in Safe Mode and see if the error still pops up. You may follow the steps on this
link on how to start your PC in Safe Mode.

If the problem does not exist in Safe Mode, we would know that an application is causing the error. However, if the problem is presented while in Safe Mode, the problem may be caused by Windows itself.

how do i fix "Can not find script file "C:\Windows\msvcp140_2"."

• Download FixList.txt
  

• Save Fixlist.txt in the same folder where FRST64.exe is.
  
• Close all program windows.
  

• Launch the Farbar Scanner tool and click "Fix".
  
• Upload the output log file (FixLog.txt) to your OneDrive.

Try this:

Before you get to that message, press SHIFT + F10 to open a command prompt.

Run diskpart.
At the diskpart prompt, run these commands:

list disk

At this point you should see the SSD as disk 0. If it has another disk number, use that number rather than "0" in the next command.

select disk 0
clean
exit (to exit from diskpart)
exit (to exit from the command prompt)





That should clear the contents of the disk. The entire disk space should then show up in Windows setup as "Unallocated Space" as in the screenshot below.
