Windows 10: Can not get programmes in the start up folder to start during start up...

Hello all, I've been searching for a solution to this, I have three programmes in my "everyone" start up folder - one of them starts every time, the other two do not.If I switch them to "enabled" in the task manager start up window, they will start on a restart, but after a shutdown, they do not start and on the task manager are switched to "disabled". Thing is, these have worked for over a year without issue, but a few days ago, seemingly out of nowhere, they have stopped...Any advice gratefully received.

Hello. Thank you. Yes, I did skim through that quickly... the problem is this programme is not listed anywhere in 'apps' or wherever.. the only way I could see to try to get it to start at boot was via a shortcut in the startup folder.

The startup folder has changed since Win 7. I don't know if you could use something like Task Scheduler to trigger it at boot!
