Windows 10: Can not login after changing primary mail address

After changing my primary address in my Personal Microsoft account I can not log in to my PC anymore.The loginscreen asks for the pincode then says I cannot be verified. Resetting the pincode gives an error.There are NO sign in options available to login with password or other account or administrator.I tried safe mode, but I get the same loginscreen with the PIN code which does not work.I tried several tips, but as I can not get into Windows in any way many of them do not work.When going to 'safe mode' with command prompt I have limited options, f.e. my Microsoft account does not appear when

Change primary profile e-mail address

I need to change my primary profile e-mail address on my Microsoft account. I no longer have access to the e-mail address associated with my Microsoft account. I have added my new Outlook e-mail address to the account; however, when I try to make it my primary login address I get a message "this address is already associated with the account. I don't get an option to make it my primary login e-mail address. Therefore, when Microsoft tries to send my access codes, they try to send it to my old address.
