Windows 10: Can not login/Computer won't stay on

    Can not login/Computer won't stay on


    This EVOO convertible touchscreen laptop is a paperweight.


    First it would not turn on. Charged it. Charged it again. 3 days later I can get it working.

    Once on then it will shut off when it wants and takes several attempts to get it back on.


    The microphone does not always work. This is my sons for school - virtual - and the mic is required for him to work with his teachers.


    Now I get a message that says:


    Your pin is no longer available due to a change to the security settings on this device

    You can set up your pin again by going to Settings>Accounts>Sign In options.


    Which is fine but we can not get in. It will not accept the finger print or password.


    I need help and there is no way to access a human to do so.

    Maybe I Install a Windows 7 again, At least, all of my games run smoothly ...Sadness!!

    Store Settings "Update apps automatically" won`t stay switched off. WHY?

    In Settings in Store I set "Update apps automatically" to Off.

    When I go back in again it`s set back to On. Why won`t it stay switched Off?

    How do I get this stupid **** to DO WHAT I TELL IT and SWITCH OFF?

    What`s the point of having a Setting that you can`t Set?
