Windows 10: Can not login to brand new windows 11 pro laptop - Error code caa50021

Bought a Lenovo Yoga a couple weeks ago and still cannot login and use it.Here is the never ending loop I am stuck in. I have tried off and on for weeks with many a search to no avail. All the same WRONG answer.1. Turn on laptop and go through keyboard setup, etc.2. I get a screen that says "How would you like to set up this device?" 3. I select "Set up for work or school" and click next4a. I use the business office 365 email account I am signed in here with that has a custom domain configured and click next.4b. ONLY other option is "sign-in-options" and in there I only have Face, Fingerpri

Unable to upgrade from 11 Home to 11 Pro on a brand-new laptop

I just purchased a new laptop from Amazon. I also bought a windows 11 pro key from Amazon. When i go to settings -> system -> activation and enter the product key, it refuses to upgrade. It gives me the error code 0xc0ea000a, which says I changed the hardware on my laptop, but that's not true. It's brand new and I haven't done any type of hardware changes. I updated everything from the Microsoft store and also the Windows updates. I've registered the laptop with my email, I'm the admin on my laptop, I've restarted the laptop many times, I'm just at my wits end. Please help!

Microsoft Intune requires device registration.

If one of them enabled, users in organization will be able to register their devices to Azure AD. Or if both services isn’t enabled:

You may let admin login Azure AD admin center->Devices->Devices settings, and check if “Users may register their devices with Azure AD” setting is enabled

After confirmed above settings, you may try to register your device again to see if it works.

Cannot pair brand new Microsoft Bluetooth mouse 3600 with brand new Lenovo X1 Windows 10 Pro

I cannot pair a brand new Microsoft Bluetooth mouse 3600 with a brand new Lenovo X1 laptop running Windows 10 Pro. Lenovo Bluetooth driver is up to date. Laptop Bluetooth manager rarely sees the mouse but still cannot pair showing the message to check if
the mouse is still discoverable. Any suggestions?
