Windows 10: Can not open "Realtek Audio Console" on laptop Windows 10

My laptop is Acer Nitro 7 - AN715-51. So I was trying to plug in my Headset which comes with a 3.5mm jack connection, but when I plugged it in, my laptop didn't even show any notification or pop-up for me to select my device that I just recently plugged into my laptop and just shown it as "Headphones RealtekR Audio" only the playback was working but not the microphone that came with the headset. So I went to check in "Realtek Audio Console" to change it to Headset like the internet people told me to, then I just kept waiting and waiting on the loading screen and it just won't open unt
