Windows 10: Can not open two web sites

Discus and support Can not open two web sites in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; HiStrange thing that I can not open two sites from my PC:1- Opera.com it only open when I run a vpn and I tried browsers like FFox, Edge, Chrome also...     Can not open two web sites


    HiStrange thing that I can not open two sites from my PC:1- Opera.com it only open when I run a vpn and I tried browsers like FFox, Edge, Chrome also from my mobile it does not open. I contacted my ISP they say it is working. Contact Opera.com but they never replay !!.2- minitool.com : This one id diffferent it does not open with or without vpn but it simplay opren from my phone usinage same wifi network !!I tried disabled / exit firewall and anti virus but did not solve the problem. Any ideas ?Thanks

    Looking for a particular web site ?

    I remember seeing this here but i can't find it using the search thingy.

    A guy posted a web site that had a comprensive list of all Windows update 32&64. I used to have it in my favorites before i formatted my HD.

    Does someone know it?

    They suggested a sticky for it but they never did.
