Windows 10: Can not play games 15+ because I need permission from an adult, I am the only one in the...

I was trying to play DEATHLOOP a game that I was very excited for when it got added to Game Pass but then when I tried to open the game one of the first games I've opened through PC Game Pass I was not able to play it.I am confused because I am the only one in my family group and I am over 18, which I thought Microsoft knew. I have tried disabling the family restrictions on my computer and then restarting it and that still did not work. I have even put an alternate account into the family as an organiser to try to accept the request but that still did not work.Is there any way to deactivate

advertisements for adult slots and adult games while playing windows games

I enjoy playing spider solitaire on my DELL computer with Windows. Though I know I could pay a fee to opt out of ads for family games while playing games, I don't mind the ads and the opportunity to learn about new games. However, tonight, (12/09/18)
I have been receiving ads for Adult Content games ie: adult slots. I do not want to see these adds due to their content. Their adult nature and graphics are NOT family friendly. I think having to pay to NOT RECEIVE these ads makes me think of extortion
and/or bribery. Please, I do not think I should pay to stop receiving these adult content ads because they are inappropriate for family games in the first place. Thank you.

 

Permission to play games...... why

I try to play games on my dad's laptop . he has no problem with it but apparently ,the default setting is to require permission to play games. Why is this even necessary , if i had permission to get on the laptop why must i need permission to play games.
When i ask for permission and my dad get the email it wont even let me play after he approves it. can someone just give me the setting>accessibility format of instructions to turn off this setting

• What is the exact error message that you receive?
• Are you logged in as an administrator account?

I suggest you log into your account as an administrator account and then try download the game from Windows store and check if it helps.
