Windows 10: can not play is all i get when i rent a film

on my pc on my film and tv all i get is this code 0xc10100b2 i rented in the xbox store all my other films work but that one

Accessing and Playing a Rented Movie

I downloaded a rented movie last night called "The Thinning" and after it had finished downloading I shut down the computer and now I have great difficulty finding the movie in order to play it.

I have to type "The Thinning" in the search box and only when I click on it, I have the option to play it.

Why can't there be a link for "Rented" movies, so I can easily navigate to it ?

There are headings for "Explore" "Purchased" and "Personal" none of which takes me to my rented movie list.

Why do things always have to be so difficult ?

I can find them on the hard drive under videos where I have chosen to put them, but the computer has chosen Media Player Classic to play them, not your app _ MPC doesn't work.

 

Why can't I play a movie I rented on Microsoft.

I rented the movie 'Mud' from Microsoft and each time I tried to play it, I get an error message from my Films and TV app saying 'sorry we cant take you there' and 0x80004005. It is quite annoying.

 

Microsoft Store doesnt show me new films / top rented films when i try and look off the home page.

As per the subject, when I go onto Microsoft store, look at the films section, it shows a handful of new films available, then asks if I want to see all new films available.. I click on this and nothing, 'no results found for this filtering', its the
same with top rented films etc. Why is this happening?
