Windows 10: Can not reset my laptop

i can not reset my pc and i have tried everything that i can

when i go to advanced settings and hit reset this pc it shows there was a problem resetting this pc

also i cant acces command prompt as an administrator even i am an administrator

when i click cmd prompt and i try to run it as admin does nothing

also i can not install and update any of my apps ( including from microsoft store or any other browser ) as when i try to install or update any app in microsoft store it shows "error"

also when i try to do anything from contol panel it get freezes

also i can not access many features like regedit , etc


PLEASE HELP ME AS I AM FACING A LOT OF PROBLEM !!!!!!!!

Multiple Issues After Resetting Laptop


Hi,

I recently reset my laptop and since then I've been experiencing a whole host of issues:

• Windows search bar doesn't work
• Shop app won't open
• Won't allow me to change location settings
• Clock/calendar on my toolbar is unresponsive when I click on it

Any ideas what the problem might be, please? Advice / suggestions are very much appreciated!
