Windows 10: Can not reset password because account is permanently suspended

I just tried logging into my laptop with my old Hotmail account, but it told me i had to reset my password.

However, my account was permanently suspended last year May 2019 due to hackers gaining control of it. I had still been using that account to login to my personal PC though it always let me and i didnt see any reason to change it.

But now its asking to reset, which I cannot because the account is suspended, the recovery methods belong to the hacker, not to me, and now i cant even try and login with a different account into my laptop. I’m really stuck here and not sure what to do.

Thanks for the reply, but it does not help me. The website does not proceed past step 4. After entering the security code, the website does not proceed to step 5. It does not give an error message, it simply greys out the next and cancel buttons and hangs
indefinitely.

If you can't remember your password, follow these steps to get into your account.

• Choose the reason you need your password reset, then click Next.

I'll try your "Get account help by email" suggestion and post the solution here when I've found one.

 

I can not reset my google password

Two step works for me if your phone info is the same as it was you should be able to recover it.
