Windows 10: can not run hardware and devices troubleshooter win10 version 2004

Discus and support can not run hardware and devices troubleshooter win10 version 2004 in Windows 10 Drivers and Hardware to solve the problem; since july 2020 , can not run hardware and devices troubleshooter win10 version 2004 and problems with one drive full....dont think they are...     can not run hardware and devices troubleshooter win10 version 2004


    since july 2020 ,

    can not run hardware and devices troubleshooter win10 version 2004

    and problems with one drive full....dont think they are related and dont need one drive at this time but not sure what to do to

    troubleshooter hardware and devices

    Open Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Configure a device.

    Or: Type “Troubleshooting” in the Search bar and press Enter.

    Click on “View All” in the top left corner.

    This should display the list of troubleshooters which are built-in in the computer. Click on Hardware and Devices from the list and you can run the troubleshooter.

    The Hardware and Devices troubleshooter was removed from that list of troubleshooters a couple of years ago in Windows 10, however, it still exists in Windows 10

    Click your Start Button, then just type cmd

    From the resulting list, right click Command Prompt and choose 'Run as Administrator'

    Paste this into Command Prompt and press Enter:

    msdt.exe -id DeviceDiagnostic

    That will open the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter in Windows 10 . . .

    Can't find "troubleshoot hardware & devices" anymore?

    Thank you for your swift reply.

    When doing your suggestion, it goes back to the settings troubleshooter, where hardware & devices are no longer listed. I cannot find a "view all?"
