Windows 10: can not scan W11 neirher with windows app o recognizing my HP printer/scaner

I have more than 9 month trying to figuring out why my computer will not scan neither using the windows app, or trying make recognize my HP printer ENVY 6445, I have done all kind of the troubleshooting except for reinstalling the OS I think my OS is missing fax/scanner part, Any Idea

Windows 10 Scan App does not recognize HP C4599 printer scanner

My wireless printer is working however the Windows 10 scan app cannot find or recognize the HP C4599 printer/scanner. So I cannot scan. I have reloaded all drivers and software via HP. Please advise, thank you!
