Windows 10: Can Not Sign into Microsoft Store! Please Help!

I can't sign into Microsoft Store App or Xbox App. I can only sign into microsoft + xbox only on the website browser. The email address and the passwords that I type in is correct, I even type it slowly 1 by 1... It's still doesn't work. I also can't download anything from Microsoft Store while I was sign into my account on Microsoft Store App. It told me to put in the computer pin code, and microsoft password everytime I download an app from it. I have waited more than 15 mins.. It's still loading and didn't login into Microsoft Store with my correct password. I got an error code - 0x8004882

once done checking if the Store will work.

  Press Windows +R Keys to open Run command
  
• 
  Type wsreset.exe and hit enter
  

Now, try to open store and see if that helps.

There's a possibility that you are currently signed in on your computer using your local account. For us to sort this out, we suggest that you sign in with your Microsoft account instead. Follow these steps:

• Open Settings > Accounts > Your email and accounts.
• Select Sign in with a Microsoft account instead.
• Follow the on-screen instructions.

Once signed in with your Microsoft account on your computer, try signing into the Windows Store app.
