Windows 10: Can not take a screenshot anymore on Windows 10 Dell Inspiron 13-5368

Hi,

I have been using my Dell Inspiron 13-5368 for 2 years now. When I first got it I was able to take full screen screenshots using win + prtscr, however this year I have not been able to use that shortcut anymore. I checked my screenshots folder in pictures and the last screenshot taken was November last year.

I am running Windows 10 Home version 1803 and installed that in July, however this was already a problem before then.

Active screenshot is also not working, however I can get screenshots using the game bar and the snipping tool but both are really frustrating to use.

Another problem I have recently noticed is the ctrl + alt + delete shortcut does not work, it only works when I use the touch keyboard. I would prefer to have this working so I can put my computer to sleep quicker.

I have a feeling my alt keys are not working but can not tell for sure. I am so frustrated and have spent hours and hours searching for answers. I have tried fn + the other keys but nothing is working. When I go to device manager it says my keyboards are all working I have also tried search for updates for them but they are all up to date.

I would really appreciate some help or advice, or something else I could try.

Dell Inspiron 13 5368 touch screen stopped working after Windows 10 upgrade

My Dell Inspiron 13 5368 suddenly lost its touch screen capability after a recent Win 10 upgrade (KB4023057). At least that is the latest update showing up on my laptop before the touch screen stopped working. I've researched online and already updated
the BIOS from Dell's site, tried uninstalling the HID-touch screen driver and re-starting the laptop, and running the Troubleshooter for hardware devices. Nothing seems to work, and I don't know if the Win 10 upgrade can be reversed. Please help if anyone
else has experienced this problem and knows the fix.

Motherboard replacement/upgrade on a Dell Inspiron 13 (5368/5378)

My Dell Inspiron 13-5368 (Core i3-6100U) died - motherboard failure. So, I decided to buy a new motherboard with a slight upgrade to a 5378 (Core i5-7200U). Through my research, this should have been no problem. It worked, the laptop posted, but blue-screened
a few seconds after I entered my MS password to get to the desktop. I have replaced plenty of desktop motherboards with the understanding that I might have to call Microsoft to reaffirm my key code, but this wasn't the case on this laptop. I have rebooted
several times but the same error code (0x8009002d) and
Stop Code: (Memory_Management) keeps coming up. I did research and found a lot of solutions for this type of stop code, but in my case, the laptop crashes within a few seconds of reaching the desktop. So, I decided
to wipe the drive with a clean install of Windows 10 (Home) from a USB drive. It was a risk I know, but I tried anyway and failed. The 'Memory_Management' error occurred at the 'downloading files' stage, after the drive was reformated. And now I fear I bricked
everything.

I am opened to any and all suggestions, and thanks in advance.
