Windows 10: Can not turn of the "always notify" setting in windows 11

Can not turn off the notification "Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?" as the picture 1 shown. I have already changed the notification setting in User Account Control Settings to "Never notify", but after restarting my PC it changes to "Always notify" 2 again and again.It there a solution that I don't have to change it everytime after I restaring of turning on my PC? But you did not look at that tutorial's list of related tutorials for all the other
Add or Remove ... from Power Options - TenForumsTutorials
ones. That's what I suggested. The link to that particular tutorial was just a way in to the set of them.



And you'll find even more of the set by searching the list of tutorials.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

There's a much easier way (Win 10 Pro).
From the Start Menu, search for 'gpedit' and run the Group Policy Editor. Expand Computer Configuration in the left-hand pane, and navigate to Administrative Templates\Windows Components\Windows Update. Double-click Configure Automatic Updates in the list, select the Enabled radio button, and in the left-hand box select 2 - Notify for download and notify for install. Now click OK, and you'll be notified whenever there are updates

Also to set your Schedule restart.
Here are the steps :
from the Windows Update, click Advanced options and select Notify to schedule restart from the Choose how updates are installed list.
