Windows 10: CAN NOT UPDATE!!! 2020-04 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1903 for x64-based...

I can't update KB4549951. It keeps failing to update. I also have window 10 1909 update pending. I'm wondering if that has to do anything with preventing the updates.

I'm getting this error for the update. I've tried a few suggested solutions, wiped and started windows again... nothing works. Any ideas?

Updates keeps failing ; Troubleshooter is of no help , it doesn't detect anything;

Tried steps as per windows support guide ( DISM , scannow etc...) ; but still issue hasn't resolved.

Appreciate if you can suggest steps to resolve this issue.

2020-03 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1903 for x64-based Systems (KB4551762) is not installing. The error code shown is Error 0x800f0904. How can I install the update?
