Windows 10: Can not update new version of windows

hello Microsoft,


I'm trying to explain my problems.

when I try to update my windows to new version, on the screen Microsoft told me "our device is at risk because it’s out of date and missing important security and quality updates. Let’s get you back on track so Windows can run more securely. Select this button to get going:" like this. and I click, "check for updates"

and after that, I found these words: "here were some problems installing updates, but we'll try again later. If you keep seeing this and want to search the web or contact support for information, this may help: (0x80070422)"

and still not working at all.


I tried to fix it with Run the Troubleshooter and still not working too.


so could you please to help me to fix it all?

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
