Windows 10: Can not update to 10240

So i had heard that 10240 was practically the final build so I was excited to download it.
I got to the updates screen and i check for updates, halfway through the process of checking for updates a notifcation comes up telling me insider builds need attention, so I click the notification and it takes me to advanced settings.
Rather than the usual advanced settings screen i get this Screenshot by Lightshot
I click the fix me button and it loads for a little while then tells me that i have to register as an insider Screenshot by Lightshot
So i click register, expecting to see a registration menu, but it doesn't. I'm already signed in and it takes me to the hompage of the insider program and tells me nothing. Home page - Windows Insider Program *Mad
I'd really like to try out this supposedly final build of win 10 so some help would be appreciated.

can not change the windows version 10240

I have a problem about updating windows 10.

Impotent information:

-The original windows was 8 and has been updated to 8.1 to 10.

-Windows 10 Home

-64-bit OS

I can not change the windows version 10240 to Version 1607 or 1511

1) I tried from Update & security >Windows update

2) I tried to use Windows 10 Upgrade Assistant and tool to upgrade windows 10 from

Download Windows 10

But all time I do it when it is restarting it reached to 75% and take me to Screenshot

By the way they are two option windows 10. The other does not appear till I tried to update the windows build.

When I choose windows setup is restore the system to the previous version Screenshot

When I choose the first or the second windows 10 it get me back to Screenshot many time I tried.

When I press F8 to get to http://prntscr.com/cgd2o6 to choose safe mode or safe mode to networking, it restoring the previous version http://prnt.sc/cgd1d3

Whet I tried to disable the anti-virus, nothing change. As usual reached to 75% and http://prnt.sc/cgd0b2

When I tried to see the OS before restarting, I just see 1 OS so I can not deleted but http://prnt.sc/cgd0b2 shows 2 OS.

When I downloaded the windows 10 1511 and install it, the same problem 75% the total and 50% in the installing part and http://prnt.sc/cgd0b2 then http://prnt.sc/cgd1d3

I tried to solve and do many solution more than a week but the same, reached to 75% and http://prnt.sc/cgd0b2 then http://prnt.sc/cgd1d3 and the version still the same.

How can I solve this problem?

What it in the 75% which make the OS restore?

Sometimes problem with software conflicts also causes this kind of behavior. Try to upgrade your PC by taking it to Clean Boot state to see if it works fine. A clean boot is performed to start Windows by using a minimal set of
drivers and startup programs. This helps eliminate software conflicts that occur when you install a program or an update or when you run a program. Follow the below mentioned steps to perform Clean Boot:

a. Press Windows Key, type
msconfig in the search box, and hit Enter.

b. On the Services tab of the
System Configuration dialog box, tap or click to select the
Hide all Microsoft services check box, and then tap or click
Disable all.

c. On the Startup tab of the
System Configuration dialog box, tap or click
Open Task Manager.

d. On the Startup tab in Task Manager, for each startup item, select the item and then click
Disable.

e. Close Task Manager.

f. On the Startup tab of the
System Configuration dialog box, tap or click
OK, and then restart the computer. Now try to initiate the upgrade to see if it goes correctly.

step for 'System Configuration', options and steps to Clean Boot are same for Windows 10.
