    Can not use mouse or keyboard after Windows 10 update


    Hello I am trying to figure out why I can not use my keyboard or mouse after updating to Windows 10. I can not even use mu usb mouse or keyboard... My laptop is a Samsung NP780Z5E-S01UB. Thanks for any help!

    I was using my windows 10 just fine I was enjoying my experience & than the update somehow manage to make my keyboard & my mouse not working ...

    btw I am using USB Mouse & Keyboard

    what can I do & can I format my pc without losing windows 10 licence ?

    1. Are you facing any issue with the mouse and keyboard functionality?

    I would suggest you to follow some methods which helps you resolve the issue.

    Method 1: Check if the issue resolves in Safe Mode.

    Refer this article to boot to safe mode: :

    If the issue resolves then perform a clean boot

    Method 2: Perform a clean boot

    to disable all non-Microsoft services consult the article called Clean Boot.

    You may also troubleshoot or determine what conflict is causing the problem by performing a clean boot.

    If the issue still persists then try the next method.

    Method 3: I would also suggest you to perform a SFC
    scan (System file checker) scan.
