Windows 10: Can not use ps4 controller

Hello.My ps4 controller identifies as a sound device, only charges when i plug it in, bluetooth also doesn't work, ds4, steam and none of the apps recognizes the controller and yes my cable does transfer data. I tried every possible way i could find on internet but i couldn't find a way to get my controller to work for over a year. Please help me i can not use my controller.

In order to get clarity and to assist you accordingly, please reply with the answers to the questions below:

• What is the make and model number of your PC?
  
• What is the model number of your PS4 controller?
  
• What is the Version and Build of Windows 10 installed on the PC? (Type winver in Windows search/Run command)
  
• Have you tried connecting via Bluetooth?
  
• From where did you install FIFA 2022?
  

Meanwhile, I would suggest you to reinstall DS4 program and check if the issue persists:
