Windows 10: Can not zoom in/out in windows explore in Win 11

Dear all,I updated my laptop to latest window update request:2023-03 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems KB5023778However, my lab still has issue as below:I can not zoom in/out File Explorer, can not move its location, there is only option to close it.Could anyone help me to solve it excepf for re-installing new windown OS?Thank you so much.

I suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps.

• If you have a mouse with a wheel, hold down the Ctrl key, and then scroll the wheel to zoom in or out.
• From the keyboard, you can increase or decrease the zoom value in 10% increments. To zoom in, press Ctrl + (+). To zoom out, press Ctrl + (-). To restore the zoom to 100%, press Ctrl+0.

Internet Explorer 11. Zoom not working

I've had my computer for a while but never used Internet Explorer because I prefer Chrome.

However, I have a service provider whose website requires that I use Internet Explorer.

I noticed now that I cannot zoom with internet explorer since the zoom is "greyed out" at 100%

I'm not sure what information you need.

I've gone through the forum and have noticed a number of questions like mine.

I've never used this forum before so I'm not sure if I should continue on an existing thread or start my own. I've elected to start my own.

I have Windows 10

64 bit operating system

64x

Internet explorer 11 (automatic updates enabled)

I can't zoom with keyboard shortcuts (CTRL +) and cannot zoom in with my mouse

I've enabled and disabled the status toolbar without any effect.

Any other suggestions?
