Windows 10: Can old display connected to graphics card with hdmi cable cause Kernel-power 41 error?

Recently purchased a new PC, but because new display which I also purchased was damaged in transport by delivery company I temporarily use old Sony BRAVIA KDL - 32EX710 connected via hdmi cable into graphics card hdmi socket. I installed and updated windows and graphics card drivers but there is a problems that occurs in random moments when using PC - it turns off and restarts immediately, sometimes repeatedly in 1 or 2 minutes, sometimes after 12 hours. It occurs randomly, regardless of what the computer is doing at the moment, what programs are running and whether it is under heavy or light

Nothing in the event viewer, just lots of normal-normal-normal-normal-DEAD.

The most recent in-action crash didn't even get reported. I went to turn on a game, took two steps, and it was down. Went and manually rebooted it, nothing, reboot again, windows! Found 2 kernel-power errors in the log so it seems it occasionally happens on boot.

I did attempt to reproduce the problem playing on a different monitor(don't ask) and didn't have a problem(but only played about 20 minutes). That got me wondering - my sound card is basically just my graphics card(of which there are 2) hooked to my monitor(with the speakers). One of the many different suggestions about error 41 involves disabling extra sound cards. I have done that, but I wonder if its some odd combination of this graphics card with that monitor?

1. Are you aware of any changes made on your PC, prior to this issue?
   
2. Is this issue specific while playing a particular game?
   
3. Which edition of Windows are you currently using?
   

A Kernel Power Event 41 can occur in the following scenarios.

Scenario 1: The computer restarts, and there is a Stop error BugcheckCode in the event data.

Scenario 2: The computer is shut down by pressing and holding the power button.

Scenario 3: The system randomly restarts and no Stop error BugcheckCode is listed, or the computer is completely unresponsive (hard hang).

I suggest you refer the article on Kernel
Power Event ID 41 and follow the steps for the scenario that is causing this error on your PC.

Additionally, you can refer the article on Windows

and check if that helps.

I have tested almost everything suggested on the internet. Only thing left which I did not get a chance to experiment was : overclocking and disabling cstate and intel-speedstep in bios


Here is what I have tried

1. updated display adapters for nvidia and intel
2. fixed device error related to bluetooth and nvidia intel driver in iobit/tools/device repair
3. updated the bios from dell.com
4. cleared tpm.
5. realtek card reader driver was pointed as faulty by iobit. it is available 07sep2015 release date on dell website
iobit installs it with 03-12-2018 release date
6. enabled/disabled realtek pcie card reader
7. disabled bluetooth in windows settings
8. disabled blutetooth driver in device manager (qualcomm atheros)
9. defrag hard drives using iobit
10. mem test
11. disabled intel r display audio in device manager
12. experimented with sleep,hibernate and various display settings.

bthusb error was often seen before the crash in event-viewer. But I probably resolved it by uninstalling bluetooth driver.
