Windows 10: Can one microsoft mail be linked to several windows user?

I had 1 user as windows user in windows 10. That user profile was linked to my microsoft email account. Recently my windows user is not signing in, it show "preparing windows" and sign in to a temporary user and all my previous user setting and data are gone. I tried several method to fix this but nothing is working.Now i created a new user. Can i link the same microsoft email to that user? Will it cause any problem?If the previous user can't be fixed, then i'll remove that user, cz i can't sign in into that

Linking external e mail accounts to the Mail tile in Window's 10

I suggest you to follow the steps provided below to delete and existing account that is added in Mail Tile App.

• Open the Mail Tile App.
• Click on the Gear icon in the left bottom corner.
• Select “Accounts” from the list.
• Select the Account which needs to be deleted and click on “Delete”.

Unable to add account in Microsoft Mail app.

Hi gajalshankar,

I suggest that you reset Mail App by following the steps below:

1. Go to Settings > System > Apps & features.
2. Scroll down until your find Mail and Calendar. Click on it and then Advanced Options.
3. Click the reset button.
4. Once done, sign in on Mail App again.

If the above steps didn't work, you may also run the app troubleshooter and check if it helps. Follow the below

link to run the app troubleshooter. If the issue persists after resetting Mail App and running the troubleshooter, I highly recommend you to create another user profile through this

link and log in to Mail App and see if the issue will occur.
