    Can Only Print In Grayscale


    My printer a Canon PIXMA TR4520 is only printing is grayscale. I already asked Canon support about it & after several hours with them thet tell me the issue/probem is with Windows & NOT the printer itself! How do I fix this?

    I have the HP Officejet 4652 and was unable to switch back to color printing. Color/grayscale was not on the menu bar. The only way I could fix it was to uninstall and reinstall the printer. After searching online and getting no answers, I use that as my default
    fixing wireless printing issues. Once I thought of it, it was a quick resolution.
