  1. Can only use "Hands-Free AG" when wanting to use the mic

I recently bought the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro. They work perfectly fine on my phone, but sometimes I need them when using the laptop. When I connect them, two output devices appear: "Heaphones Stereo" and "Headset Hands-Free". The first one, stereo, works great as an output device. Sound is good and clear. However, there is no "stereo" input device, only the Hands-Free one. When I need to use the microphone for Discord, for instance, I have to use the Hands-Free mic. I choose it in the voice settings in Discord, but can also be aplied in other apps as well as the windows sound settings, but I

  2. Can only use "Hands-Free AG" when wanting to use the mic

I recently bought the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro. They work perfectly fine on my phone, but sometimes I need them when using the laptop. When I connect them, two output devices appear: "Heaphones (Stereo)" and "Headset (Hands-Free)". The first one, stereo, works great as an output device. Sound is good and clear. However, there is no "stereo" input device, only the Hands-Free one. When I need to use the microphone for Discord, for instance, I have to use the Hands-Free mic. I choose it in the voice settings (in Discord, but can also be aplied in other apps as well as the windows sound settings), but I don't hear anything UNLESS I choose the "Headset (Hands-Free)" as an output device too (they can't work separately). The main problem here is the quality of the sound, as the "Hands-Free" option drastically reduces the sound quality.

    So:

    1. How can I make the PC detect the "stereo" mic instead of the "hands-free" mic?

    or

    2. How can I use the hands-free mic while being able to use the STEREO output so to not rip off my ears?

    Thanks

BTW, Windows detects the earbuds as some "one-ear headset used by the people from call centres", but I guess that's what they are.

    USB Mic Problems.

The next step is what I suggested originally. Try it in a friend's PC or take it to Best Buy and ask them to try it one of their PC's. Have to confirm the mic is working OK.

Can only use "Hands-Free AG" when wanting to use the mic

Bluetooth Hands Free AG and Stereo Audio Interaction

I'm trying to use my bluetooth headphones, Sony WH-1000xm3's, and when paired with my laptop running windows 10, it gives me 2 options for audio: Hands-Free AG and Stereo, as well as 1 option for the microphone: AG Hands-Free. The issue arises when the AG Hands-free option has very poor audio quality compared to stereo or analog connections, which would normally be okay, except I cannot use the stereo audio option unless I disable the AG Hands-Free Service in the control panel, which also disables the microphone I want to use.

I've tried the following, and some other things that I forget: Re-installing audio drivers, reconnecting the device via bluetooth, and nearly every surface-level option relating to audio inputs and outputs.

I'm aware similar problems have been posted, but none of them are exactly the same to what I'm describing.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

TLCan only use "Hands-Free AG" when wanting to use the mic :DR When Hands-Free Telephony is enabled, I can use the mic but the stereo audio doesn't work, and when it's disabled, the audio is good but I have no microphone.
