Windows 10: Can open paint & services (HELP ME) Corrupted

when i search paint i cant open but when i
enter this command in run "mspaint.exe" i can open . so i thought the shortcut is corrupted some of my desktop app shortcut is corrupted how do i fix it something like this .... i think some of my app looks like this . help me

Photos are opening with Paint instead of Photos app

Hello,

It's likely that your default application for opening photos is Paint. To change your default program in Windows 10 from
Paint to the Photo app, we suggest that you perform the following steps:

• On the Start menu, select Settings.
  
• Go to System, then go to Default apps.
  
• Select Photos or any app that you like to be the default under
  Photo viewer.

upload a picture in Paint

• Click on open with.
• Select paint.
• You will be able to see the picture in paint.

The option to increase or decrease the number of triangles/polygons in

• Click on Menu.
• On the lower left portion, select Help and Feedback.
