Windows 10: Can Photos stop making video previews of my albums?

When I want look at photos in an album I don't want a video preview with annoying music, can I turn them off permanently?

Photos app has stopped making albums automatically

Hi and thanks for your reply.

I ran both the Windows Store App Troubleshooter and System File Checker and both methods did not find/detect any issues with my system.

Do you have any other suggestions to fix the Photos app not creating automatic albums.

I'm quite sad that it stopped making automatic albums as I think this is the apps best feature.

Please help, thanks.

 

Photo's app removes my photo's from an album

To help resolve you concern, what we suggest is to modify your photos properly. Follow these steps:

• 
  Select the Start
  
  
  
  button, then select Photos.
• 
  Select Albums, select the album you want, then select
  Edit . Or, to start creating a new album, select New album , select the photos you want to include, and then select
  Done .
  
• 
  Do any of the following:
  
  • 
    Type to enter a new title.
    
  • 
    Select Add or remove photos, select the ones you want, then select
    Done .
    
  • 
    To change the photo shown at the top, select Change cover, choose a photo, then select
    Done .

2. Which application are you using to display the album?
   
3. Which version of Windows is running on your device?
