    Hi,

    One of my colleagues cannot print from Excel since we changed to Windows 10. Word is okay. Are there any settings we need to change. Any ideas please? *Confused

    Looking like Adobe is proving hard to print also.

    Excel printing

    I recently upgraded to Windows 10 (from Windows7) and now can not print existing Excel documents created using Office 2010. I can print old, existing Word documents, I can print newly created (since the upgrade) Excel documents, I can print old Excel documents
    created with Office 2007, BUT get an error message trying to print existing Excel documents (Print Preview states the document is not available).

    I have:

    upgraded the printer - no change

    tried to print using a different printer - no change

    tried opening excel first, then the document - no change

    Any ideas??

    Cant print from Google Chrome since upgrading to Windows 10

    Hi

    since i upgraded to Windows 10 i can no longer print emails etc from Google Chrome, ive tried changing the default printer (HP Deskjet) to a PDF writer (Cute PDF) and that does not make any difference

    i can still print word and excel documents, etc ok to either paper or PDF as long as the file is held on the laptop, any files downloaded from emails also print ok

    Any ideas ?

    Are you able to print in other applications using your printer without facing issues? You mentioned Adobe?

    Reinstall the printer to see if it works.

    Update printer drivers.

    Change the default printer and check if the issue persists.

    Check Device Manager for issues.

    I had similar odd issues. I found in the end the best option was simply to uninstall office entirely using Revo Uninstaller (not the windows tool) and reinstall from scratch. You will need your office key if you own it (use produkey).

    Of course, only try this if other methods do not work
