    Me - A beginner Windows user - having a trouble with my disk partitions, here's the detail:A few months ago, when I know how useful of using a Dual-Boot PC, I tried to make one to fix or reset an OS with the another OS. I shrink my disk 222GB in total into 2 different partitions with one is 150GB For OS and the other is 7,8GB For the installation media setup of Windows 11. After shrinking, that partition have 64.6GBFor now, I don't need this Dual-Boot anymore, so I deleted the 150GB partition, leave 150GB of unallocated space, but usually, after deleting. the first partition the 64.6GB

    undo partition shrink

    Hi,

    If you accidentally shrink the volume of your SSD partition, there is an option to extend the volume as well. To extend the volume of your SSD partition, follow the steps below:

    • Press Windows key + X on your keyboard and select Disk Management.
    • Right-click the partition that you want to expand and click Extend Volume.
    • Select the amount of space that you want to extend.

    How to extend OS drive volume in Windows 10.?

    , just right-click on the partition that you want to shrink, and select “Extend Volume” from the menu

    I want to extend so your answer is really frustrating ans. I want to extend so why should i shrink and select extend? Extend option is already Dim or unavailable?
