    Can Sims 2 on Microsoft Surface Laptop with Windows 11?


    Hello!I have recently purchased a Microsoft Surface laptop with Windows 11 and installed 3 different packs of The Sims 2 game, The Sims 2 University, The Sims 2 Bon Voyage, and the The Sims 2 Deluxe. I had the CD versions of all of them so installed them all by connecting the laptop with a DVD adaptor. However, after the deluxe & bon voyage packs were installed, I was unable to open the game as an error pop up message was appearing on the screen saying, "A required security module cannot be activated. This program cannot be executed 8016". For The Sims 2 University expansion pack, it w

    This doesn't list the "Surface Laptop", but you might give it a try to see.

    *Arrow Boot Microsoft Surface from a USB device

    Otherwise, you should be able to use OPTION ONE below to boot from the USB from advanced startup.
