Windows 10: Can some one tell me please how do I get Admin permission on my laptop

I can't get administrative permission on my laptop I can't install anything it doesn't let me I can't factory reset it doesn't let me I've tried command prompt it doesn't work please anyone help

Admin permission

There has to be a way to get rid of Administrative permission . This is making me damn mad. Every time Microsoft sends out an update .My computer tells me that I need admin permission to view some pictures or video's which is bogus. I live alone and I do
not need admin permission .

There has to be someone out there that can tell me how to do it .
