Windows 10: Can somebody help me how to permanently fix window 10 black screen after signing in?

After signing in my laptop just shows black screen with cursor,i tried pressing the power button and turning it back on it works but same problem still occurs whenever i sign in can somebody help me?i need to start it twice:'((sorry for my bad english)
