    Hi All,I've noticed that my HP OfficeJet Pro 8025 is no longer recognized by the Windows Scanner app that I have been using. Also, the printer shows up as "Offline" in the HP Smart app even though when I send it a job it does print it.However, I have not been able to get my scanner app to see the printer for the past several weeks/months. In reading online, I discovered that Windows has implemented a new MOPRIA architecture for printing and I found that my HP model is not MOPRIA-certified for scanning though it is for printing. So my question is, does anyone know if there's a way to revert t

    Mopria printer can not print with Win10

    Hi Dingyuguan-

    What is the brand of your printer ? If on the Mopria itself is not included on the certified list you will not be able or you will have trouble printing.

    Certified product list means that those brand are included and compatible to use the Mopria features.

    Thank you very much for your help

    Fellowing the operation below, the printer can be successfully added.

    But when I tried to print a jpg file using the printer, a printing error occured.

    >press windows key and type device manager

    >on the device manager window look for printer or unknown driver

    >expand the printer list and update the driver

    Additionally，I want to know what's the meaning of "certified products".

    >Actually on 2018 Mopria added Windows 10 on their certified products to print easily on the devices.

    My printer has not be included in the Mopria Certified Products list here: Certified Products.

    Mopria printer can not print with Win10

    I implmented Mopria on my printer, the printer can successfully print with "Mporia Print Service" APP and the "Default Print Service" on android device.

    On Win10, the printer can be successfully discovered, but can not be added(be added as unknow device ).

    My printer has not be included in the Mopria Certified Products list here: Certified Products.

    Does it matter?
