Windows 10: Can someone give me a fix for "We can't tell if your PC has enough space to continue...

Hello, when Windows 11 22h2 was out I didn't receive an update in the windows update menu so I decided to download it as an ISO file and install it manually unfortunately I got this error. I tried several methods to fix the problem but they did not work. I even formatted the PC entirely but it don't fix the problem.

• Every time I try to update to Windows 10 from update Assistant or the iso this error msg occurs "We can't tell if your PC has enough space to continue installing Windows 10" I tried restating the installation and shows the same error ( I have 70gb left on the C Drive )
  
• This is not the first time even in 2021 when the Windows 11 was released this problem occurred saying "We can't tell if your PC has enough space to continue installing Windows 11" so I didn't update to Windows 11...

External Drive using storage spaces does not work on my new Win 10 PC?

Storage Spaces not only increase storage over time as you add drivers to your PC, it will also help you in protecting your data from drive failures. To isolate your concern, we'd like to know if you were getting any error messages when trying
to connect the external drive to your new PC. Also, can you tell us what troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?

In the meantime, we suggest that you run the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter to perform a diagnostic process on your system that will check and fix issues related to Storage Spaces. To do this, please follow the steps below:

• Type troubleshooting in the Search bar, then press
  Enter.
  
• Click View all from the left pane.
  
• Locate and click Hardware and Devices to run the troubleshooter then follow the next steps.
