Windows 10: Can someone help determine the cause of my crashes?

My pc has been randomly crashing for the past couple of days. First, it would freeze and flicker black squares, while i'm playing a game. I had to force power off every time because of it. When it starts back up, sometimes my main display and/or my graphics card would be undetected. I have a second monitor running on integrated graphics. Another restart would fix it.I thought it may be a graphical driver issue, so i reinstalled my nvidia drivers. But later, it would freeze and flicker even when its not under load. When it does happen, nothing of real significance is running.So i attempted a

Please, complete your System Specs so we may better help you. I didn't see a PSU listed there.

A software conflict is also a possible cause of the random crash you're experiencing when playing games. To determine if an installed program is causing the crashes, I suggest performing a clean boot.

Be sure to check you're running the newer GPU driver, and your Graphics card settings are correct.

Check Device Manager for driver conflicts.

GPU-Z 0.7.5 causing crashes on load up

Any chance you could narrow it down to which running application causes GPU-Z to crash? Ideally steps to reproduce for me here.
