Windows 10: Can someone help me because i tried reseting my pc fresh then blue screens keep on...

So i tried restarting my pc to a fresh pc and when the restarting download was ready it turned into a blue screen and whenever the blue screen finishes downloading, in turns off my monitor and goes back to a blue screen repeatedly i tried turning off my pc and it still doesn’t work someone help.

after monthes of running system it was fine then on windows 7 it blue screened after looking it over myself and getting advice from local pc shop they suggest upgrading os will fix the issue so I upgraded to win 8.1 and along followed the blue screens now again upgrading after more advice I'm on win 10 and the bluescreens followed as a bad pool error rebooting I have included the requested report please help as spending the $150 the local pc shop wants is my next step

Got problem on Blue screen, cannot reset PC and Cannot fresh start PC

I understand that you are unable to reset the computer and receiving Blue screen errors. I’ll certainly assist you with the issue.



However, please let us know:



· What is the make and model of the computer?

· What is the Blue Screen error message that you receive?

· Are you aware of any changes made to the computer prior to this issue?



In order to assist you with the Blue screen I would suggest you to share the dump files so that we can analyze them and get to the root cause of the issue. To share the files Navigate to
C:\Windows\Minidump, upload the files to OneDrive and share the OneDrive link.



Meanwhile, I would suggest you to remove any external devices attached to the computer apart from keyboard and mouse and check if that helps.



I would suggest you to refer the troubleshooting steps mentioned in the article
Troubleshoot blue screen errors.



I would suggest you to try running Windows update troubleshooter on the computer and see if that helps. Refer the article on
Windows Update Troubleshooter.
You can also try resetting Windows update component and see if that helps. Refer the article

If the issue persists, I would suggest you to refer the troubleshooting steps mentioned in the article
Troubleshoot problems updating Windows 10 and see if that helps.



Note: The last step in the article talks about performing a clean installation of Windows. Please do not perform a clean installation.



Note: While performing chkdsk on the hard drive if any bad sectors are found on the hard drive when chkdsk tries to repair that sector if any data available on that might be lost.
