Windows 10: Can someone help me figure out why my laptop is running slow?

I will start off by saying that my LaptopAlienware M17 was running perfectly fine over a week ago.Recently my PC started running incredibly slow. I'll go to open my file explorer and I'll be waiting over a minute for it to open. I go to launch a game off steam it'll take 2 or 3 minutes to launch. The game itself will run incredibly slow and the screen tear in unbearable. I have finished a clean re-install of windows, wiped all my data across all my drives. I've made sure my windows is up to date, I have ran multiple commands such as "sfc /scannow", chkdsk /r and /f. Nothing seems to work. My

What all troubleshooting steps have you performed?

As an initial troubleshooting step, I would request you to execute the System Maintenance troubleshooter and check if there is any improvement in the speed of laptop.

and shortcuts that you can clean up or remove so that your computer can run faster.

Please follow the steps to run System Maintenance troubleshooter
on the computer:

  Type “Control Panel” on the search box.
  
• 
  Click on Troubleshooting.
  
• 
  Click on View all option on the left side of the Windows.
  
• 
  Click on System Maintenance option.
  
• 
  Click on Next and follow the onscreen instructions to troubleshoot the issue.

Computer running slow

Hi,

I am a layman when it comes to computors so please bare with me. My laptop had been running terribly slow since the Windows 10 update. So, I checked through task manager and found that this WmiPrvSE.exe program was running twice. And the CPU usage beside
only one of them was at 99%.

I am unable to do anything on my computor and would really like some help trying to figure this out. I've scanned for viruses etc. Followed all the security steps when the Windows 10 was installed.

I've tried reading through some of the answers listed but honestly don't understand any of them.

Help! Please!
