Windows 10: can someone help me find out why I keep getting a C0000005 error when trying to play the...

I am trying to play the 2004 axis and allies game on my Windows 10 pc. It will crash when I try to load a scenario from the campaign. I get the following error message { thread ASYNC caught unhandled exception - Access Violation C0000005 trapped at 23:21109C10 } . I have done a memory scan, a disk scan. I have AMD Ryzen 5 2600 Six-Core Processor 3.40 GHz and 32.0 GB of ram Edition Windows 10 Home Version 22H2 Installed on ‎11/‎29/‎2020 OS build 19045.3208 Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.19041.1000.0 any help is appreciated

Can't get Youtube to show videos in Chrome

I haven't gotteen to this suggestion yet - but, I've shut down half my Extensions and, now, I get the voice of the Youtube videos - but still not the video. Thought this clue might help.

 

Error code c0000005 - Not a BSOD

I tried two sticks of RAM, in A1/B1, and still got error c0000005. Took them out, placed the other two in, same error. However, upon accidental restart, I received Q-Code error 55: Memory not installed. I haven't touched them, and they are correctly in the motherboard.

If it helps diagnosis somehow, I did have a problem turning on the computer two weeks ago, trying to figure out another problem. I couldn't even boot the computer until I hit the Clear CMOS button.
