Windows 10: Can someone help me fix this issue so I can quit hating Windows?

I used to use OSX. I now have Windows 10 and absolutely hate it even though I've literally been using it for 10 years lol. The way Windows handles files and programs compared to OSX is super annoying. OSX seems to keep all program files as a single cohesive unit. When I update a program from version 1 to version 2 in OSX, it automatically deletes the files from version 1 and there are no issues with dead shortcuts or executables that no longer work to run the program. You can keep the same shortcut with the updated version of the program and none of the files seem to get misplaced or break the program and cause issues. Windows will run into nonstop issues when updating or moving a program. Shortcut dies, .exe doesn't work anymore for some unexplainable reason (not the shortcut .exe), OS doesn't find where a new version of the program is installed, for some reason you have to uninstall the old version a lot of times. Is there a program out there I can put on Windows 10 that fixes a lot of these BS issues on Windows 10 and makes it operate more like OSX? I can't use OSX anymore because certain software and games aren't compatible with it.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
